Is Mosaaik priced per community?: Yes. Each community requires its own platform subscription. Every community can have unlimited courses and unlimited students. Starter costs $9/month and Pro costs $99/month.
Can I create unlimited courses?: Yes. Both plans support unlimited free and paid courses within each community.
How many students can I have?: Both plans support unlimited students.
Are Stripe processing fees included?: Yes. The stated 10% Starter and 5% Pro transaction fees include Stripe processing.
What makes Pro different?: Pro offers a lower transaction fee along with Community Team Management, Advanced Business Analytics, and an Affiliate Program. Marketing Automation is coming soon.
Can I upgrade my community?: Yes. Individual communities can be upgraded from Starter to Pro.
Can I operate multiple communities?: Yes. Each community has its own subscription.
When does Pro become more cost-effective?: Based on monthly subscription prices and transaction fees alone, the plans break even at $1,800 in monthly sales. Above that amount, Pro has a lower estimated total monthly cost.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Open Settings and choose Manage billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period. That applies to a community subscription and to a member's paid membership.
What payment methods do you accept?: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
