Terms of Service

Mosaaik is a community and course platform. These terms apply when you create an account, host a community, or join someone else's community.

Accounts

You need an account to create or join a community. You are responsible for the activity on your account. Close it from Settings when you no longer want it. If you own a community, delete that community first.

Creator plans

Hosting a community requires a platform subscription. The price is the amount shown at checkout, charged per community. The community stays unpublished until that payment succeeds. You can cancel from Settings. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Member payments

Creators set the price of a membership or course. Members pay that price through Stripe on Mosaaik's account. Mosaaik does not yet transfer those charges to a creator automatically. A creator payout and any platform fee apply only when a payment record says they do.

Content

You keep ownership of what you post and upload. You give Mosaaik permission to host and display it so the product can work. Do not post material you do not have the right to share. Community owners and Mosaaik admins can remove a post. Mosaaik can suspend a community.

Lessons

Lesson text and video are for members of that community. Video playback uses a signed link checked against enrollment. Do not copy paid lessons out of the community.
