Refunds and cancellation

Cancel

Open Settings and choose Manage billing. You can cancel a creator platform plan or a paid membership there. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. There is no separate refund of that unused time unless the law requires it.

Member charges

A membership or course purchase is charged by Mosaaik through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Mosaaik does not offer a self-serve refund button. Email a request from the contact page and include the community name and the charge date. Mosaaik reviews the request and can refund the charge in Stripe.

Creator payouts

Connecting Stripe lets a creator start payout setup. Member charges are not transferred to that account automatically yet, so a creator should not expect a payout from a member payment until Mosaaik says that transfer is live.
