Privacy Policy

Mosaaik stores the information needed to run accounts, communities, and payments.

What we store

• Account details: name, email, password handled by Firebase Authentication, and an optional photo.
• Community activity: memberships, lesson progress, posts, and support requests.
• Payments: Stripe customer and subscription ids, and the amount and status of a charge. Mosaaik does not store full card numbers.
• Video: lesson files are processed by Mux. Playback of a lesson video requires a signed token.
• Email: invitation and account email is sent through Resend.

Who can see it

Your profile email is not public. Members of a community can see that community's enrollment list. Another creator cannot read your draft community or your payment records. Published lesson titles can be shown before someone joins. The lesson body is limited to enrolled members, the owner, and platform admins.

Closing an account

Settings includes Close account. That deletes the profile, role, enrollments, lesson progress, certificates, and support requests, and cancels Stripe subscriptions on the account. It does not delete a community you still own. Posts you already published stay in the community under the name that was on them.

Mosaaik does not sell personal information.
